This is a blind item in Paparazzi, but Cristy Fermin made a mistake and said the name of Angelica Panganiban in accident. According to Paparazzi of TV5 Angelica Panganiban is giving Gift Certificates or vote buying for winning in Star Awards.
I think she is a great actress so there is no need for her to buy an acting awards. She has already proven her worth as an actress by winning other award giving body so there is no need to do such thing .
Asked to comment on the alleged vote-buying (at the Star Awards) in the Best Actress category Angelica said;
