TV 5’s Paparazzi host and lead star of Nagbabagang Bulaklak Ruffa Gutierrez new Belo billboard ban in NAIA airport even it has a permit from Advertising Standard Council. According to airport officials the Bikini billboard of Ruffa Gutierrez which is located NAIA 2 Centennial Terminal Arrival area is too sexy .
Ruffa Gutierrez says ;
Because of the incident Vicky Belo decided to respect and not argue over the matter and just comply and replace the Billboard with different dress layout.
The much talk Ruffa Gutierrez Billboard is this one and on a personal note I find it sexy but I dont think airport officials should make an issue out of it .
