Famous actor Richard Gutierrez is now trending in Twitter wordlwide as his car was reportedly been caught by MMDA officials for over speeding. Richard Gutierrez Audi was running at 79kph along Commonwealth when caught by MMDA. The Killer highway has speed limit of 60kph.

For the record Richard Gutierrez was not driving his vehicle when it is apprehended by MMDA he was just a mere passenger, his driver Mang Erning is the one who caught over speeding together with 180+ who caught that day.
